No need for butter (unless you really really want it)… Just enjoy!  They are truly divine!

Ingredients:

  • 3 bottles/cans of beer
  • 3 lemons, cut in half
  • 1 head garlic, split in half
  • 3 pounds Alaskan king crab legs (split)

Directions:

In a large stockpot with a steamer insert, add beer, lemons and garlic and bring to a boil. Add crab legs and cover.  Steam for 5-10 minutes or until crab is cooked through.

  • Buying her a cellphone is cheese.
  • Don’t buy her clothes!  She isn’t going to like them!  Sorry!
  • If you want to buy her diamonds, they must be at least .5 carats! 
  • Spa packages are okay- but not original!
  • Make it personal!   Think of past conversations… 
  • Some ideas for you…  A piece of artwork or framed photography she loves!  A book or CD she said she wanted (but doesn’t remember she wanted) plus flowers!  A classic movie DVD she loves plus flowers!
  • If all else fails, just buy flowers!
